CORROSION INHIBITION

AQUABLEND- 322 S contains a strong corrosion inhibitor which protect the metal surface from acidic corrosion.It  forms a protective film over boiler metal preventing corrosion due to water. It also helps to increase the condensate ph,reducing corrosion of steam lines & equipment.

AQUABLEND-322 S is non- toxic and non-corrosive liquid formulation and therefore can be handled easily.

RAPID REACTION

The catalyst in AQUABLEND-322 S  speed up the reaction of removal of dissolved oxygen,which finally helps in stopping oxygen related corrosion in the boiler

SCALE PREVENTION

AQUABLEND- 322 S contains a strong scale inhibitor which acts against scale forming calcium and iron compounds. It also helps in prevention of scale during   slippage of hardness through softner.

APPLICATION

DOSAGE

The dose of AQUABLEND- 322 S depends on feed water temperature & quality. The optimum dose should be decided on the basis of actual working conditions.

STORAGE & HANDLING

AQUABLEND-322 S  should be stored in an air tight container away from direct heat. Always store at cool & dry place.AQUABLEND-322 S  is strong reducing agent.handle using goggles & do not breathe in the vapours. Wash thoroughly in case of contact. Do not swallow.
